Mr Chidi Nwachukwu is the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Diya, Fatimilehin & Company. An Associate Member Nigerian Institute of Management (A.M.N.I.M.) and a graduate of University of Nigeria Nsukka, from where he holds an LL.B(Hons) and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School Lagos.

He was in private Legal Practice and had practised with reputable law firm(s) before joining the team of Diya, Fatimilehin & Co where he was appointed Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.

He is married to Mrs Oluchi Nwachukwu with (3) children.
